FAQ’s

Q:  Should I refrigerate my cupcakes?

A:  No, we strongly recommend NOT storing them in the refrigerator, otherwise, they will dry out.  Leave them at room temperature, preferably in an airtight container, although keeping them in the box is OK.  Any cupcakes using cream cheese frosting can be refrigerated, especially in very hot temperatures.  Should you feel more comfortable keeping them refrigerated, go ahead, just be sure to bring them to room temperature an hour before you plan to serve or eat them.

Q:  How do your cupcakes come packed?

A:  We currently have 3 box sizes:  4-pack, 6-pack, and single dozen.

Q:  When I make a cupcake order, how many flavor choices do I get?

A:  Our Full Menu lists and describes all of our flavors.  You are welcome to select any flavor from this full menu, any day, with a minimum of 1 dozen per flavor.  All we ask is you place your order 48 hours in advance.  Within 48 hours, orders are subject to availability.  If you would like to select a variety of cupcake flavors, you’ll want to choose from the 8 flavor combinations on the Daily Menu, which are in stock at our store each day.

Q:  Can you match your frosting color to my bridesmaids’ dresses?

A:  We do not use food coloring of any kind, so matching deep colors is not possible.  We use fruits, liqueurs, and syrups to flavor and color our frostings, so we can attain pastel shades of various colors.

Q:  Where can I get your cupcakes?

A:  You can come to our café located at 258 Alexander Street (corner of Park Ave.).  We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm – 11pm.

Q:  Do you ship your cupcakes?

A:  Currently, there is no shipping container that will safely transport cupcakes through the mail.  However, we are constantly searching for a way to accomplish this, and will let you know as soon as something is available.
