The process is simple:
We first schedule a consultation to discuss the style and tone of your event. During the consultation we chat about your vision, collaborate on your design, and of course eat cupcakes!
Services Available:
- Cupcakes on custom tower or floating tier displays
- Delivery and setup
- We deliver all over so ask for a delivery quote
- Topper cake - if you want to do the cake cutting
Appointments & Minimums:
- Complimentary tasting appointments are available for clients
- Consultations take about 1 hour
- We suggest booking your appointment 4-8 months before your event
date

Please include your name, phone, wedding date, location and estimated guest count.
Appointment Cancellations:
We ask that you please call at least 48hrs before your scheduled appointment
if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Deposit:
- We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. This amount is calculated based
on the estimated number of cupcakes needed for your event.
- The remainder of the charges will be calculated on the final invoice, delivered to your
event, upon which payment is due in full.
- Your deposit will be fully refunded if your event is cancelled any time up until 6 weeks
prior to the scheduled date. A cancellation made less than 4 weeks in advance will
result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
